So, the ever popular lower back tattoo. It is everywhere. If you look up tattoo on any search engine, nine times out of ten, one of the first things to show up is a lower back tattoo. Why the popularity? Tattoos in very intimate locations will always draw attention. And if it draws attention, it better be good.
